About Shona Armstrong-Smith
Heading up the property management division since 2012, Shona Armstrong-Smith has played a vital role in establishing the agency as one of the very best with her expertise and professionalism earning her multiple awards and industry accolades. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) from Edinburgh University, Shona launched her real estate career in London and honed her skills in the fast-paced leasing environment before moving to Sydney in 2007 and into property management.
Shona’s extensive experience and skills in property management are second to none and have earned her a loyal network of clients and extensive repeat and referral business. A finalist in the 2021 Real Estate Business Property Manager of the Year Awards, Shona’s focus on maintaining strong client relationships form the foundations of her approach while her ability to remain calm under pressure and keen eye for detail make her a great problem solver who gets results. Her hands-on approach and personable nature make Shona easy to get along with while her strong work ethic and flawless customer service skills ensures that she continues to be a top performing and well-liked property manager who brings passion and insight to her dynamic role.
